Expo Convention Contractor has been selected as the General Contractor for the trade show. Expo Convention Contractor will serve as the official General Contractor, providing exhibitors with top-tier support in booth setup, logistics, and exhibitor services (Materials Handling, Graphics, Cleaning, Furniture, Floral, Flooring, Rigging) Through innovative solutions, creative execution, and precise planning, they aim to ensure a seamless experience for all participants.

Sodexo Live is the exclusive food & beverage provider at Miami Beach Convention Center for all your catering needs. Please view the menu & online booking link below. Deadline for standard rate is 10 October 2025.

Exhibitor Passes, Lead Capture & Marketing Banners
Circdata's Exhibitor Portal is your all-in-one hub for managing your trade show presence. Through the portal, you can easily:
- Arrange your Exhibitor Passes
(5 passes per 100 sq.ft.
3 passes per co-exhibitor) - Access and download personalized marketing banners to promote your participation

Electricity & Plumbing
Edd Helms Electric is the official and exclusive provider for all electricity & plumbing services.
The contact person for show organisation will receive an email with a username and password once Edd Helms Online Portal is open.

W-Lan & Internet
Free of Charge W-LAN is only available at the public areas of the MBCC.
Please note that there will be no wifi access provided in the exhibition halls.
Smart City
Smart City is the exclusive provider for wired and wireless services for the Facility and has in operation a comprehensive wireless 802.11 network. Please view all offers and order forms below.
Within the exhibition hall at the Miami Beach Convention Center please choose exhibitor internet from the WIFI option and open your browers. You may register with smartcity and directly purchase a WIFI pass via the website for your device.

Booth Personnel & Translator
Need Assistance at Your Booth During Exhibition Hours?
Our official service partner, Miami Fusion, is pleased to assist you by arranging booth personnel or a translator, if needed.We recommend reaching out as early as possible to ensure the availability of qualified staff, especially if you require support in specific languages.

Booth Security
General venue security will be provided by the event organizer in accordance with MBCC regulations. However, exhibitors may choose to arrange additional security for their individual booths.
A6 Security, an MBCC-approved provider, is available to assist with your booth security needs. To request their services, please complete the order form and submit it to the email address stated in the form.

Visa Service
If you need a visa to enter the US we are happy to support you with as visa invitation letter.

To ensure you obtain your visa before the trade fair starts, we recommend that you submit your visa application in due time.
Please send your completed visa inviation form as well as exhibitor name, booth number and a copy of your passport to the email adresses stated in the form below.
